Refunds or cancellations are not provided, unless required by mandatory applicable law.
By purchasing tickets, registering for an event, or using related services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Event-Specific Refund Policies
Individual events or tournaments may have their own refund or cancellation policies.
These event-specific policies apply in addition to, and where applicable take precedence over, this general Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Participants and spectators are responsible for reviewing the applicable event policies prior to registration or ticket purchase.
3. Third-Party Platforms and Partners
Registrations, ticket purchases, or payments processed through third-party platforms (such as event registration or ticketing services) are subject exclusively to their respective refund and cancellation policies.
Additionally, partners, vendors, or service providers present at the event venue (including but not limited to food, beverages, merchandise, or services) may apply their own refund policies.
Apexzone Grappling assumes no responsibility for refund decisions made by third parties or on-site partners.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation
Event dates, schedules, formats, or locations may be adjusted for organizational, safety, or force majeure reasons.
Such changes do not automatically entitle participants or spectators to a refund, unless explicitly required by law or stated in event-specific terms.
5. Statutory Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
